DescriptionPower management state Enabling. Defines the power states the ATU-C or ATU-R may autonomously transition to on this line. The various bit positions are: allowTransitionsToIdle(0) and allowTransitionsToLowPower(1). A bit with a '1' value means that the ATU is allowed to transit into the respective state, and a '0' value means that the ATU is not allowed to transit into the respective state.
