| Description | This table contains per-connection controls that can be used to work around a number of common problems that plague TCP over some paths. All can be characterized as limiting the growth of the congestion window so as to prevent TCP from overwhelming some component in the path. Entries are retained in this table for the number of seconds indicated by the tcpEStatsConnTableLatency object, after the TCP connection first enters the closed state. |
