When Training_Up is received by the repeater on a local port (or when Training_Down is received on a cascade port), vgRptrPortStatus will change to 'training(3)' and vgRptrTrainingResult can be monitored to see the detailed status regarding training. When 24 consecutive good FCS packets are exchanged and the configuration bits are OK, vgRptrPortStatus will change to 'active(1)'. A disabled port shall have a port status of 'inactive(2)'.
