Description Control Nodes can be configured to receive management SCNs indicating network updates, including information on modification to DDs and DDSs. This managed object indicates if SNMP has access to control node information and, if it does, which type of storage nodes can register with the server instance as a control node. Possible values for this managed object are: Value Description --------- ---------------- anyNode Any storage node MAY register as a control node viewNodes Specified nodes MAY register as control nodes, SNMP view only modifyNodes Specified nodes MAY register as control nodes, SNMP CAN modify list of nodes noSnmpAccess Control node information is not accessible via SNMP If only specified nodes are allowed to register as control nodes, and SNMP is allowed to modify the list of control nodes, then they SHALL be listed in the cIsnsCntlNodeIscsiTable and cIsnsCntlNodeFcPortTable. If SNMP is not allowed to view or modify the list of control nodes, then this managed object SHALL be set to noSnmpAccess.
