DescriptionThe last time that all the entries in the ccsFlapTable are destroyed. There are several ways to destroy all the entries in the ccsFlapTable. Setting the object ccsFlapClearAll to true is one way, and the other way is through Command Line Interface. This timestamp can be used to know when all the entries in the ccsFlapTable are destroyed. The special value of all '00'Hs indicates that the entries in the ccsFlapTable have never been destroyed.
