DescriptionThis variable indicates if this peer is defined as a backup to an existing peer. A backup peer is used to provide an alternate path in case an existing peer becomes unavailable. A backup peer will not enter the connected state until the primary peer that it backs up becomes disconnected. True indicates that this conecptual row is a backup peer to a pre-existing peer, false indicates this peer is not a backup peer.
