| Description | This MIB object represents the 'disconnected' initial waiting delay within the context of an MTA's 'disconnected procedure'. The 'disconnected procedure' is initiated when an endpoint becomes 'disconnected' while attempting to communicate with a call agent. The 'disconnected timer' associated with the 'disconnected Procedure' is initialized to a random value, uniformly distributed between zero and the value contained in this MIB object.
