ifcpSessionRxFrames, ifcpSessionStaleFrames,
ifcpSessionHeaderCRCErrors, ifcpSessionFcPayloadCRCErrors,
and ifcpSessionOtherErrors. If no such discontinuities have
occurred since the last reinitialization of the local
