Description	A conceptual row in the dsmonHostCtlTable. Entries are created and deleted from this table by management action only, using the dsmonHostCtlStatus RowStatus object. The agent SHOULD support non-volatile configuration of this table, and upon system initialization, the table SHOULD be initialized with the saved values. Activation of a control row in this table will cause an associated dsmonHostTable to be created and maintained by the agent.
