| Description | Boolean, Set to 'true(1)' if remote senders or receivers in addition to the local RTP System are to be monitored using RTCP. RTP Monitors MUST initialize to 'true(1)' and RTP Hosts SHOULD initialize this 'false(2)'. Note that because 'host monitor' systems are receiving RTCP from their remote participants they MUST set this value to 'true(1)'. |
