P-bit Severely Errored Seconds(PSES),
Severely Errored Seconds (SES),
Severely Errored Framing Seconds(SEFS),
Unavailable Seconds (UAS),
C-bit coding violations (CCV),
C-bit errored seconds (CES),
C-bit errored seconds (CSES).
Once these thresholds are exceeded, minor or major alarms
are raised. Please refer to RFC2496 for descriptions of these
