Description	An entry in the SONET/SDH Path Alarm table. Thresholds maybe specified for errored seconds(ES), severely errored seconds(SES), severely errored framing seconds(SEFS),coding violations(CV) and unavailable seconds (UAS) for path layer of sonet lines. Once these thresholds are exceeded, minor or major alarm is raised. Please refer RFC1595 for descriptions of ES,SES,SEFS,CV,UAS.
