DescriptionThis attribute allows the overwrite of the DSCP field per RFC 3260. If this attribute is -1, then the corresponding TosAndMask value is set to be 'FF'H and TosOrMask is set to '00'H. Otherwise, this attribute is in the range of 0..63, and the corresponding TosAndMask value is '03'H and TosOrMaskvalue is this attribute value shifted left by two bit positions.
