DescriptionThis attribute represents an operator identifier for the change-over operation to be used to correlate logged information in the ChangeOver3 Status object. The CMTS uses this value as the Transaction ID in the DBC-REQ or DCC-REQ message transmitted in association with this operation. If this value is set to zero the CMTS defines its own MAC message Transaction ID value.
