DescriptionEnable/disable per port broadcast traffic rate limit. When 'enable' value from esmPortBcastRateLimit object will be applicable to the ingressing broadcast traffic if the speed is greater than the limit else the default limit for the speed will be applied. When it is 'disable' no limit is applied to incoming broadcast traffic which is limited by the port speed.
