The tmnxOamLTtracePathProbeState is considered as 'failed' when number of consecutive timeouts for the ping request reached its maximum allowed limit (tmnxOamLTtraceAutoPrMaxFailures). The tmnxOamLTtracePathProbeState is considered as 'oK' after receiving a successful ping response for the associated path.
