Non-zero value of vRtrSecondaryVrfId indicates that two route-tables exist for hub and spoke vprn system one each for hub and spoke. One of which is indexed by vRtrSecondaryVrfId. If the value of vRtrSecondaryVrfId is zero, it indicates that there is only one route-table for hub and spoke vprn system.
