An entry is created by setting vRtrLdpStaticFecNHRowStatus to 'createAndWait' or 'createAndGo'. Before the row can be placed in the 'active' state, vRtrLdpStaticFecNHType must be set to a valid value. An entry is deleted by setting vRtrLdpStaticFecNHRowStatus to 'destroy'.
