| Description | The Sustained Cell Rate Margin Factor (SCRMF) is used in Connection Admission Control (CAC) of VBR connections to vary the weight given to the difference between Sustained Cell Rate (scr) and Peak Cell Rate (pcr) specified in the traffic contract.
