Description | The status column used for creating, modifying, and
deleting instances of the columnar objects in the
cDot11csWdsInstanceTable.
The administrator must specify the following
to create a row in this table and activate it.
1) The ifIndex of the interface / VLAN this WDS
entity should bound to.
2) The Priority value of the WDS entity to be
created through the object
cDot11csWdsInstancePriority.
3) The Row status through the object
cDot11csWdsInstanceRowStatus.
The 'createAndGo' option is used to create a new
instance of WDS entity and bind it to a particular
broadcast domain which can either be an IP subnet or
a VLAN. While creating a row, the ifIndex of the
interface the particular IP subnet/VLAN is bound to
and the priority of this WDS entity must be
specified along with the row status.
The 'destroy' option is used when the administrator
decides to decommission a particular WDS entity and
remove its bindings with a particular broadcast
domain. A row in this table is destroyed when it is
in the 'active' state. The ifIndex of the interface
the particular IP subnet/VLAN is bound to must be
specified along with the row status set to 'destroy'
to remove a row from cDot11csWdsInstanceTable. |
