when signalling is disabled. This may reflect a
manually configured value for the signalling
version, or may be determined by other means
such as auto-configuration.Setting this
variable to a value of 'notApplicable' is not
allowed. To modify the
ciscoAtmIfUniSignallingVersion, ifAdminStatus
has to be down and
