DescriptionThe minimum VCI that the signalling stack on the ATM interface may currently allocate to switched virtual channel connections. This value is the maximum of ciscoatmInterfaceConfMinSvccVci, and the ciscoatmInterfaceConfMinSvccVci of the interface's UNI/NNI peer. If the interface does not negotiate with its peer to determine the minimum VCI that can be allocated to SVCCs on the interface, then the value of this object must equal ciscoatmInterfaceConfMinSvccVci.
