| Description | This object allows the management client to enable forward laser control on the client or trunk side interfaces by writing a true value to this object. If forward laser control is enabled, the transmit laser is shut when the cross-connect receive port on the switch is in alarm condition. A 'false' value disables this feature and is the default value assigned to this object. |
