| Description | The amount time to wait to allow data chunks to accumulate so that they can be transmitted in the same datagram. The arrival of the first data chunk will start a timer that will expire in the specified milliseconds. All later chunks will be delayed until the timer expires. When the timer expires the data chunks will be sent out in one or more datagrams. |
