| Description | The requested excess rate of the flow. The base unit of this object is 1 kilo-bits per second. 0 may be specified for a rate which causes all packets to be out-of-profile. Out-of-profile indicates that a packet causes the committed access rate of the packet's flow to be exceeded. Committed access rate is the bandwidth that has been committed to a specific flow or group of flows. The committed rate can be enforced by policing or by shaping. If the caqFlowPolicerExcessRateSupport is false(2), this object cannot be instantiated. |
