| Description | The interval failed transfers pre-dialog object is a metric indicating the total number of failed transfers on the first Customer Voice Portal transfer since system start. A SIP dialog is established after the first CVP transfer is completed. The object value does not include rejections due to the SIP service being in an 'out of service' state. The object value does include failed transfers that were attempted after a label was returned from the ICM within the CONNECT message body. |
