| Description | The interval not transferred object holds a count of calls that could not be transferred by the Customer Voice Portal H.323 service during this interval. The CVP H.323 service was unable to transfer the call to a particular destination due to one of several factors: ring-no-answer; busy; incorrect configuration; call admission control (CAC) denials. It is a recoverable error if proper configuration elements have been put in place, such as ICM router requery, and/or gatekeeper alternate endpoints. |
