Description	An entry in the DSP table contains information regarding a single DSP resource associated voice call setup parameters. An entry in this table is created when a DSP is detected and the DSP resource can be used by voice applications. An entry in this table is deleted when the DSP associated card/module is removed from the system. The 'entPhysicalClass' for the entry is 'other'.
