Description	A conceptual row of the cesMcastFlowQueryTable used to setup retrieval criteria to search for IP multicast L3 flows on all switching engine entities in the device. The actual search is started by setting the value of cseFlowMcastQueryStatus to 'active'. Once a row becomes active, values within the row cannot be modified, without setting the associated RowStatus object to 'notInService' first, or deleting and re-creating the row.
