Description	Each row entry represents a DS3 channel. Entries can be created and deleted via SNMP SET operations. The tmnxDS3ChannelEntry contains attributes that are applicable to a DS3 channel which can belong to the DS3 physical port or belong to a container on a sonet path. The tmnxPortPortID contains the slot, mda and port numbers encoded into it. For each tmnxDS3ChannelEntry, there will be a corresponding entry in the tmnxPortTable and the ifTable.
