DescriptiontmnxDS3ChannelBitErrorInsertionRate is used to insert bit errors for a BERT test. The number of error corresponds to 10^(-rate). A rate of 7 will cause an error rate of 10^(-7), or 1 error in every 10 million bits transmitted. If the value is set to 0, it disables the insertion of bit errors into the BERT. Change in this value while the test is running is accepted but does not take effect until the test gets restarted.
